disclaimer
• Purchasing my art means you accept these conditions in full.
• If you disagree, do not commission me.
• AI or NFT use of my art is strictly forbidden. Do not upload my work to AI sites.

user agreement
• My art is for personal, non-profit use only unless we agree otherwise.
- Personal use only covers private enjoyment - like sharing the artwork on your personal social media (with proper credit!), printing it for yourself, or using it as a profile picture (unless it’s a business account)
If you are unsure whether your intended use counts as commercial, please ask me upfront!• Always credit me clearly.
• Violations result in permanent blacklisting without warning.
client rules
• Read my ToS and prices before ordering.
• You may share my art publicly only with my watermark and credit.
• Do not claim, edit, trace, or use my art as your own or as a base.
• No uploading my work to galleries meant for your own creations.
• Personal use includes avatars, wallpapers, or printing for yourself only - no resale or merch.
• Harassment or attempts to haggle unreasonably will get you blacklisted.
•Past clients are also bound by this ToS.
artist rights
• You are hiring my service as an artist only.
• I may post the finished piece in my gallery or on social media, unless discussed otherwise.
• I can decline or cancel any commission for any reason and issue a full refund if I cancel.
• I won’t engage in unrelated small talk during the process.
• I only draw in my own or a style i already mastered [look at my portfolio to see examples of my style(s)]
• I do not draw: heavy mecha, elderly, realism, fetish, or anything I’m uncomfortable with.
commercial use
• Commercial use must be agreed upfront.
• Minimum commercial fee is +100% of the final price; more if needed.What counts as commecial use?
• Any use where the artwork directly or indirectly generates income, promotes a brand, or is used in products for sale:
• This includes but is not limited to: streaming graphics (e.g., Twitch overlays, emotes), merchandise (stickers, prints, apparel, keychains, etc.), promotional materials (posters, ads, banners), branding (logos, mascots, business cards), or use in published media (books, covers, zines, games)
copyright
• I keep the copyright to my work.
• You’ll get a full-res version with and without watermark.
• You may not remove my signature or watermark.
• I do not claim rights to your original characters (unless I designed them for you and you didn't pay for a character design).
nda / privacy
• Want your commission private? Tell me when you order.
• NDA fee starts at +30% and depends on project size.
• I won’t share WIPs or stream the process — you shouldn’t either.
• Important for Vtubers keeping assets secret before debut.
ordering
• Order via my DM on Instagram or form on vgen/kofi.
• Wait for my confirmation and invoice before paying - don’t send money first!
• Be clear and detailed; no excessive abbreviations but also no overcomplexity/over-detailing (like mentioning things that are unnecessary for the commission).
• I may adjust your request if needed - I’ll tell you first.
• Extra details may cost more - I’ll quote this upfront.
• It's your responsibility to ensure all desired details and references are provided upfront, before work begins.
• I only communicate in English or German.
payment
• Payments are in Euros (EUR) via PayPal invoice or vgen / kofi.
• I cover PayPal fees. No shared PayPal accounts allowed.
• Pay within 24h after invoicing or your slot is canceled.
• Repeated non-payment = blacklisting.
paypal disclaimer
• You’re buying digital art only - nothing physical will be shipped unless we agree otherwise.
Refunds & Chargebacks
• Full refund only if I haven’t started the lineart.
• Once the lineart starts, no refund.
• If I cancel, you get 100% back.
• Chargebacks without talking to me first will result in blacklisting.
• If your PayPal glitches, contact me ASAP
Queue & Deadlines
• I reply to new orders within 3 - 5 days.
• I may take up to 3 weeks to start and 4 more to finish.
• Deadlines must be agreed before payment.
• No reminders during the buffer period.
• No harassment about my pace - I work based on inspiration.
• You’ll be notified if delays happen.
revisions & feedback
• I’ll send WIPs for sketch and flat colors.
• You must check details and give clear feedback.
• I’m not responsible for issues if you didn’t give feedback when asked.
• I provide up to 2 revisions during the sketch stage only (e.g. pose adjustments or design elements) - significant composition changes should be communicated before i start working or during the rough sketch phase, otherwise it'll require an additional fee.
• after the sketch is approved, only minor edits are allowed (e.g. small expression tweaks, accessory adjustments).
• after completion, only minor corrections for artist error (e.g. missing details clearly stated in the order) are included. Additional changes will require extra payment.
• I will not redraw a completed commission without full payment for a new price.
